My stay at the Eo Inn was a blend of positives and challenges. the location by Lake Eola is absolutely beautiful and very convenient, which I loved. The staff, particularly Chad and Kimberly, were genuinely friendly and helpful at check-in. However, the room I was in had some issues. a beeping smoke alarm and a heater that was quite dusty, impacting my comfort.

The boutique feel made it charming and inviting, though I did notice some upkeep issues that detracted from the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant getaway with its unique character and proximity to local attractions.

While the hotel has charming common areas and a lovely outdoor space, I've observed that some areas need maintenance. Overall, it felt homey, but it could use some updates.

I had a great stay at The Eo Inn! The location by Lake Eola was perfect for exploring downtown and checking out local restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, and I especially loved having a balcony to relax on. However, parking was a bit challenging, and the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, which made it a bit hard to get a solid night's sleep.

My stay at The Eo Inn - Downtown Orlando was a mix of pleasant experiences and some letdowns. The location near Lake Eola was perfect, allowing easy access to local dining and parks. However, I encountered issues with room cleanliness and noise, which somewhat marred my visit. Overall, the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, but the condition of the rooms needs improvement.

Staying at The Eo Inn was a mixed experience for me. The location near Lake Eola Park was fantastic, offering beautiful views and easy access to local dining and events. However, the noise levels were quite high, and my room had maintenance issues that detracted from my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed, but I found myself wishing for a better overall condition of the hotel.

Rooms
5.0
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but I found it to be noisy and poorly maintained. The toilet in my room ran all night, and the headboard had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable. While the bed was comfortable enough for sleeping, the thin walls allowed me to hear everything from conversations to doors opening and closing, compromising my peace.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist me with directions and local recommendations. They made the check-in process easy and welcoming. However, there were no staff around during late hours, which raised some safety concerns for me.
Location
8.0
The location was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Being right by Lake Eola Park meant I could enjoy lovely walks and access downtown Orlando easily, which was also great for the concert I attended. However, the proximity to the street meant I dealt with a lot of late-night noise, which was a downside.
Dining
7.0
I appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast option, which made mornings easier for me. There were some snacks and drinks available from vending machines as well, enhancing convenience during my stay. I also liked having a mini fridge to store some of my snacks.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were okay but showed signs of wear and tear. The outlets were poorly designed; they didn't hold my chargers well, which was frustrating. Additionally, I noticed some broken tiles in the bathroom, and overall cosmetic care seemed lacking, which could be improved.
